What is the best classified engine to post my business?

As for my service business every avenue counts to gain steady clientele and apparently these sources want their money worth also, but who has the best return rate in Arizona?

That would be craigslist.org for sure. However if you have any ads for your business you can post them for free on this site http://www.adwido.com

There is no single website. You need to look into local yahoo, craigslist, local google, dmoz for free classifieds and yahoo, business.com among others for paid classifieds. All these can bring in some good traffic.
For online marketing, the more links you can get the better. But make sure the sites have reputation and are not blacklisted.

I had great success with Inetgiant, Backpage, Superpages, Salesspider, and Star.tup.biz. On my website I listed these and over 30 other free advertisement/resource sites that should give you a boost. http://www.blabber.biz go to the free resource link at the bottom of the page and then click on Small business help category. I use them all.
