Is this what you are looking for??

{font:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif}{size:-1}Opt-in
email advertising or permission based marketing
is the process of broadcasting advertising messages
via electronic mail wherein the recipients of these
ads have expressed consent to receive them. {size}{font}

{font:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif}{size:-1}The
opt-in processes requires that a potential prospect
select the products or services they are interested
in and wish to subscribe to. The benefit to this
approach is that an individual who has expressed
an active interest in an offer is a more qualified
potential prospect.

Hey Brian, I'm based in Chicago and have email lists for about 30 different industries, double opt-in leads around 16,000-30,000 per lead.

Shoot me an email or give me a call if you're interested, I've worked with WWD Resellers before as well.

Becareful with your email lists and what mail server you use to send them. If sending from your company's mail server you risk getting it blacklisted if you are sending unsolisited email. We use the Campaign Monitor to deliver our email campaigns and the following link is to their faq on what constitutes email spam. Though they go farther than the CAN-SPAM laws, if you follow their recomendations you will avoid any trouble. http://www.campaignmonitor.com/help/topic.aspx?t=51

Never worked with aviation leasing and don't have any list for that, yet I may be interested in those services in the near future.

Be very careful! I mass e-mail monthly to my own opt-in list that was developed overtime. Afew months back I paid a company for a "double opt-in" list for a bsic campaign. I had them send the e-mail (just to be safe - not my server) and I still ended up having issues with my own list after that. That's right, after they sent the e-mail to their list from their server, MY e-mail started being blocked.

Never again! It was not worth it. I would suggest developing your own opt in list, there are many ways to do this. You could start with a direct mail campaign asking people to register on your site - offer them something for this - newsletter, small giveaway, etc. The names are now your legally.
