A private investor is willing to invest like 30K to 50K in my real estate business. The money will mainly go to the operations of the business and advertising and marketing. We plan to establish a property management division in Central Florida and Northwest Florida. I'm open to all options with this person whether he would like to loan the money to the company or just invest it. What does anyone think a reasonable interest rate would be if it's a loan? Also, what would be a fair % if he just invests in the company?

Thanks for any input!

I have an investor, Welcome Mike

As a business man do you have an Accountant?? A Lawyer??

Ask them, They know you, your business and what is reasonable

Good luck, LUCKIEST
