Looking for funding to by a Restaurant

I have been offered the opportunity to by the establishment that I work at.
The location is great. On the main street of Chandler AZ. Next to one of the valleys premier shopping centers. Chandler Fashion Center.
The offer is $55,000.00 to purchase with $2,000.00 per month. I have money for purchase. Need money for working capitol. I will keep all the inventory.
It is a going concern that is bringing in $36,000.00 with little marketing.

I have a business plan put together and I have good credit. Where can I get a Business loan to do this?
