There are many options for you in financing your clinic. But, a lot depends on how much you need and what the funds will be used for. You are better off matching your needs to a specific loan (e.g. a loan for equipment, a loan for property, a loan for expenses) - then trying to get one big loan.

I graduated from Parker Chiropractic and I have been practicing for four years in Central Arkansas under another DC. I am also certified in acupuncture and am a semester away from a Masters in nutrition. I currently see 25-45 patients a day without advertising. I am interested in relocating to NW Arkansas and starting my own practice. I am working on a business plan now. Are there any specifics that need to be included in my business plan?

In regards to your question on specifics needed in a business plan, the SBA is a good place to start. http://www.sba.gov/smallbusinessplanner/plan/writeabusinessplan/index.html

In regards to specifics on a business plan, the SBA is a good place to start. Executive Summary, Market Analysis, Company Description, Organization & Management, Marketing & Sales Management, Service or Product Line, Funding Request, Financials and an Appendix are key elements.
