I just happen to see your response to somebody on this forum. If you have an interest in food business, please consider this.

I have an excellent concept and a business plan for an Indian Quick Service Restaurant. This concept is geared towards mainstream Americans. The timing and the market we are loking at are perfect. This a new trend and a few people who have done right things in right market, have been very successful.
I am an industry professional myself and I have a professional Food Service Consultant working with me. This concept has great potential for a growth into multiple locations. We are estimating the total project cost of start up and build-out around 400,000.00$$ and we are looking for an equity partner.
