online retail taxes?

Im trying to start up an online retail store but I dont know what tax rates to charge and if I charge every state?

My suggestion is to talk with your states sales tax division. I'm sure they can help you out with your state.

My experience shows that you must collect tax for orders that come from the state in which you have a physical presence. Any out of state customers are responsible for paying the sales tax on thier own.

Best idea is to talk with your accountant, this is what you are paying them for.
