New to the business world

I'm only sixteen, but I've been planning spectacular birthday parties for friends and family for a few years now. I'm very good at what I do and I know I could make a living out of it one day. The problem is I don't even know where to begin if I wanted to turn it into an actual business. My mom said she'd help me start it up provided I do all the research. Any and all advice is greatly appreciated.

I've done research on business plans, and while I'm making one for personal reasons, I know it isn't required unless I need outside funding which, for a party planning business, I really don't. I guess a more accurate question would be what legal issues am I going to face, and what forms will be required?

well, "general liability" is the lowest form of insurance, then just tell the insurance company what type of business u r, but i think u need 2 b 18 to do all this

if you can get the support you first get your domain name ,then get a llc limited liability company,
the next thing is do the setup of your web site,and publish it,then goto google or yahoo,there are many companys that host,you might try Adwords and or Adware at google GOOD LUCK Vhaggett
