Very hard to get unsecured funding - you need some type of collateral. If you are seeking equipment - there are equipment lenders that deal only in equipment. Thus, unlike banks - they understand your needs and business and have programs designed just for you. If you also need a little more for the remodeling - many of these equipment lenders can provide some working capital as part of the equipment deal.

I also would suggest you list your restaurant at http://www.FindStoreNearU.com, a local business search engine. You need some FREE advertising as you are just starting up a business.
