I have just started a new cleaning service, in the Virginia Hampton area.
And i was wondering if someone could give me advice on how to create a contract for my business.

You can do a simple google search for a sample contract but my advice would be to go to a pre paid legal service, they can provide a basic contract plus give you a few other key pieces of legal advice.

Good luck in your new cleaning service. Have you developed a Business and Marketing Plan??
Do you have a Business name?? How many people do you have working for you??
Do you have an Accountant?? Insurance??
Again good luck, LUCKIEST

This site has a good explanation of what your contract (or "agreement") should contain, as well as a sample agreement at the bottom of the page:

Hope this helps. Good luck!

P.S. If you prepare your own agreement from a sample like this, it would still be a good idea to have an attorney look it over -- won't cost much (if anything).
