I own a small business and I recently (couple months ago) ported my two toll free numbers from AT&T to Phone.com. On my AT&T bill, I'm still getting charged the following fee:

Bus. Easy Toll Free Number(s) Monthly Monthly Fee 24.00

Should I be getting charged this by AT&T since Phone.com is now managing my toll free numbers?

Is there something I need to cancel with AT&T?

Thanks in advance.

AT&T may be who Phone.com is contracting lines from. Call your Phone.com representative and discuss wtih them. If AT&T is NOT the carrier subcontracted from then call AT&T and flog them.

If customer service will not help you start digging on the AT&T webiste dig deep and you will find all kinds of email addresses for executive management. Email them. That worked for me.
