Building Website and their misnomers

I see a lot of interesting posts on here about building or starting your own business with the use of a website. I have spent some time trying to answer a lot of questions when it occured to me, why not just write an article that covers a lot of the material? So I did. If you are interested in starting a website, I think its a must read. It's free and there is nothing in the article to buy or promote, I am just giving some good information that I feel can be helpful. What do you think?
