Hey guys,

First off, I am new here, so greetings to everyone on this forum. Now down to business .

I am considering starting a SMEs in both Croatia and Portugal. Now because of an NDA, I can not disclose much information about the specificness of the business, but my question is irrelevant to that. What I want to know is two things about both countries.

First, do both countries have a small business owners community or organization to provide advice and resources? This is key, especially since i will be a foreigner in both countries.

Second,

if i take a small business loan from any of the banks in those countries, will i be given access to resources for small business owners?

If anyone could provide information that would be great.
