Working From Home

Working from home allows me to save rent. I do not have to dress, commute to a store or office. Working from home saves overhead, saves on employees and cleaning costs.
But working at home encounters other problems like home business ordinances, additional insurance and marketing costs. Zoning laws vary. Home based businesses generally operate under the "radar" unless someone files a complaint.
You also have to rethink some of the basics. Working from home, you cannot put a sign out with the word "sale". Now its place ads on web sites and send emails to customers.
