use your local yellow pages to look for a C.M.T. place. these cut -make-trim people very often are way cheaper than if you did it all yourself.
check with your local discount fabric supplier.
it you are really stuck, i probably could help from this end of the world.
remember if you are paying in south african rands you would be getting something for a lot less investment, but the quality could still be maintained.
in fact i could get you a "consultant" that was a lecturer at a local (johannesburg) university lecturing in clothing design.
