Our Business Plan intends to explain ripe prospects for our theater operation by estimating start-up and on-going costs, identifying revenue steams, and forecasting net cash flows and profits. Equally important, the
Plan outlines how our company is uniquely situated to meet the challenges involved through
diversified operations of the company.

We present high energy productions of our own, plus rent out stage time to 3 other productons. We provide low cost high value entertainment in one of America's most easily driven to resorts ( a key to success in this economy). Our projected net profit margin is constantly above 20% and we may reach $10 mil in sales within the next two years.

We are seeking investment capital and offering preferred stock at $100 with a 20% APR over five years.

How are you calculating the 20% APR?

Do you plan to make dividend payments?

What is the minimum buy in? Do you have a prospectus? $10MM in two years is quite a task.

Our projections with multiple services and productions is conservative forl our revenue stream, while our expenses are generally the same year after year excluding desired upgrades and expansion.

Investors recieve a dividend of 20%APR with a paydown on stock for an exit in 5 years.

Minimum buy is $10,000 or 100 shares.

We have a business plan for review and would be delighted to present to serious investors.

I know your numbers are very good, I actually have a lot of knowledge about your area & industry....lookss like a good deal. The only thing that bothers me is who are you personally?? Have you owned this company for years, or is this a recent acquisition?
