Thanks for the information. This offer is not something I'd encourage my employees to pursue, but I wish you the best.

This is a really hard sell. I see most of the community folks in my area running into month end financing issues.

Nishanktk, can you please identify the experts and/or specific studies you are citing in that post? I have co-sponsored, conducted, and coordinated numerous studies on employee productivity and contributed to four textbooks on the subject. The majority of things on your list, while certainly appreciated by employees, have not been proven to have any impact whatsoever on productivity. I just looked at a summary of most recent American Achievement survey (published Nov. 2007) that ranks the top 28 benefits non-supervisory employees would most like to see their employers offer. Legal Assistance is not on the list. You have us very, very curious about that one -- can you please cite your source?

It says,
Age, education, job experience, job fulfillment, marital status, and family size are considerations that determine the utility and attractiveness of a benefit. Different benefits appeal to different people. Everyone's needs are different. A younger employee might be motivated by having use of a company car. An older person may want more status like a title or a professional association membership. The list of possible employees benefits and their applications is nearly unlimited. To get the maximum value, you've got to tailor the benefit to the job and your business requirements and financial capability.

I concur with many of the comments on this page. I appreciate you posting this as an idea, but I would not encourage my employees to look into it.

According to the source you referenced, this is "a list of possible employee benefits," -- it is NOT a "comprehensive list of measures for higher productivity" as initially indicated in your post.
