Getting a Commercial Equity Line of Credit (CELOC)

Hello,
I trying to find a lender for a CELOC. Any one know a reputable lender that will do CELOC? I have an office (condo) in NY under my llc and it is worth about $120000.00 with no mortgage on it. The condo is owner occupied and I would like to get the equity out to expand my new business. My credit score is about about 672...
Any tip is appreciated...

There are many non-bank commercial lenders that will consider your deal. We list several on our website. Just remember, if you are seeking cash out, the LTVs are much lower than traditioanl refinancing or purchase.
