How do I post a question to the event guest?
  • You need to be a registered member of SBOC (it's free!), if you want to ask a question.
  • Once you are a registered member of the site, posting your questions to the appropriate event thread will result in a response from the Expert on the day of the Live Event.
  • During the time frame of the Live Event, you can also post additional questions.

I posted my question, but I can't see my question on the website yet.. do I need to repost?
If you post a question during the live event, and you do not see it immediately - you do not need to repost your question. We've received it. Our events are moderated, which means that the questions go in a queue, which makes it more manageable for our guest to respond.

I can't participate during the day/time of the event, does that mean I'm going to miss out?

We understand that business owners are busy, so all of our event content is archived. Transcripts on all past events are accessible by going to the Forum tab and clicking on our events forum.

How can I increase the likelihood of getting my question answered by the guest?
We collect questions from the Community not only during the event, but in advance of the event. To increase your likelihood of getting your question(s) answered, check out the Events Tab well in advance and start posting your questions now! Then check back during or after the event for the guest's response.
