I have excellent credit...my score is great! I have the opportunity to purchase a business that is grossing 500k per year and netting 100k+ a year. The business has close to 100k in assets. I was hoping to get the full amount financed with a bank or mortgage broker in a 7-10 year loan. I also have a full-time job that pays well to help offset if needed. If anyone has any contacts please let me know. I'm going to make calls to my personal bank tomorrow but I'd like to have more than one option. I'm in FL. Thanks!!

If you want to raise money to purchase a business, you need a Business Plan that I can read.
