Construction-plumbing bids

I would like to know where to get information on how to bid jobs and win those bids regarding hotels for example.
Is there any software available-cheap, or are there services who can offer advice for free?

Thank you for your reply. I have already been in contact with SCORE, but will search for other alternatives such as software in the meantime.
