Hello,

I am currently in the process of trying to raise money for a fun and exciting restuarant concept in Tempe, AZ. It is unique to the area and my dream! I currently had my "Money" investor pull out due to his own financial strain and am looking to salvage the excellent opportunity. I am looking to lease the building but it is also for sale for what I think is of great value. I have a business plan, projections and resumes of all that will be involved with management in this business. I also have plans to expand in the near future throughout the state and in Colorado.

The cost for the project is projected to be 250k. I am open to taking and listening to all ideas or suggestions and willing to do what it take to get this first venture up and running! If anyone know of programs or investors that may be interested, please send them my way! my email is mil600@yahoo.com.

Thank you for your time,

Sincerely,

Frank Miller

Need an Angel Investor or loan

*Just came across "Peer to Peer Borrowing" Log on to Prosper.com describe
your venture and propose the terms of the loan. Then watch as private
individuals compete to finance your business.*

Good luck, LUCKIEST
