Can you suggest ways to find JV partners around Los Angeles to acquire a growth business with excellent economics?

2008 and YTD 2009 growth of revenues and discretionary cash flow 50% growth in last five quarters, 187% growth in 2007.

About $1.5million disctrectionary cash flow now.

Good price, about 2.7X cash flow.

I have $3million of $4.4 needed.

Due diligence complete in a few days, mostly done. Business plan nearly done.
