I am a veteran forced to move to Panama, because of my inability to live in the USA due to the limited retirement benefits I receive every month. I have several small business plans in progress. First, I bought a new house to rent out for vacationers, with a boat available for their deep sea fishing and island hoping desires. Second, I own property that has great profit potential, but needs a house on it. Finally, my immediate needs are help with financing a franchised Mail Boxes Etc. in the city of David. I have no more money to invest, however, this is a great opportunity since their is a huge need for Mail Boxes Etc. services. I need $68,000.00 to start in the form of a loan or partner. Are there any information or advice that might help? Now, I have a retirement income of close to $4,000.00 every month to help with the start up period. Two years ago, before all of my retirement benefits came through, I moved to Panama to live a better life.

Panama,

It will be very difficult for anybody to loan you money down there. You can try the SBA but not sure if they lend to people outsid ethe U.S. your best bet will be a bank down there.
