A couple of noteworthy news items from the world of merchant processing of interest to every business accepting credit card payments:

Mastercard Worldwide and Visa Inc have both announced revised fees and interchange adjustments that may well affect the fees merchants pay to accept credit card payments.

Also of interest, two major processors who recently suffered massive data breaches have had their PCI DDS compliance standards revoked by Visa, Inc. If your business processes with either of these concerns, this should be of interest to you.
