Need loan for Restaurant in texas

There is a retaurant in Texas with a motivated seller whos asking for $280,000. The restaurant comes running with everything included; even liscenses, no liquor liscense though. Need a loan to buy this restaurant but dont know where to start for this business. The restaruant has been established for 2 years and is profiting good, even for not having a liquor liscense. This mexican restaurant grosses about 300k in sales a year and is located in Midland, Texas. How would we go about getting a business loan for this retaurant?

actually you can take the books if they are profitable to a bank and get the loan...ask current owner to go with you.
