I am a certified special education teacher in Texas. I've been in education for the past 10 years, and my passion is special education. I work with children that most people give up on. I would like to start a afterschool care for my students to provide them with academics as well as social skills, so that they will become successful. I reside in the Houston area, and I need to know the startup cost of running a progam like this, and finding investors to work with me. I have little cash, and I don't believe that I can get financing on my own. I found a ideal location in a new shopping strip near a school district I used to work for, and I am currently working on my business plan. Help with any suggestions!!
