Balancing Your Checkbook

In recent years, overdraft fees have made billions of dollars for banks and have cost us the consumer big time.
One of the factors contributing to the banks success with such fees is the fact that fewer and fewer people balance their checkbooks anymore,

We at Eagle Services feel very strongly about Balancing the Checkbook Monthly. We would like to help ALL Bank of America small business Members balance their checkbooks (and maybe save some overdraft fees).

Yes, to the penny as a pervious banker I know the importance of balancing my checkbook.

You said that you hope people balance monthly - with online banking - you can balance daily - and you should. I balance daily - makes it very fast and keeps it simple - plus, as I am looking online every day - I can immediately see if any fraud is going on.

Good question. I need to watch my checking account more. If I haven't logged in awhile, I'll get a reminder from my bank actually. I also have set alerts so if my checking balance falls below a certain dollar amount I'll get notified by email. This is a very convenient feature.
