getting ITIN for business account (non U.S. resident)

Hello,
I've formed LLC company at Delaware, bank requires me to have ITIN number cause I am going to open account by phone.
Could you advice me in reason selection for the form W-7, cause exceptions seem to be the only way, cause I have no income to file yet.
It seems to be Exception 1 but I am not sure which one and I am not very sure about Exception 1 itself to apply to me.
I am just going to open business account and only after that I'll have income to file.

You are going about the EIN number the wrong way. It does not matter that you are not making income yet. You need to get a SS-4 form from internal revenue you can get it on line You need a social security number and when you fill out the form they will give you the Employer's Identification number that your bank needs. I've already received EIN.
Bank of America requires me to get ITIN for remote(by phone) banking account opening

If you don't have any success, I can guarantee we can get you an account virtually without the ITIN with one of the top U.S. banks which is also in Russia.
