Who is Luckiest? I really don't follow any of these boards and usually don't post on public forums but since my firm is a customer of BofA, I thought it would be OK to do so in such a forum. I only repsond to emails that come through to my direct email and I try to be helpful whenever I can. Unfortutanely, most of the responses thus far have been from very small or start up-ish type companies and Prestige only provide services to established ongoing companies or sponsors who are looking to acquire established businesses. (i.e., US Based companies that typically have revenues in well in excess of $5 million and ebitda/cash flow $1 million. international companies need to be larger in size.). Prestige seeks debt and equity opportunities ranging from $2 million to $75 million+.
