legal requirements for online & home based business

I need to know what are the legal requirements for me starting an online and at home small business, with an equity no more than $1000. It is importing accesories, fake jewerly, scarves, and aparel fromdifferent countries.

It is a partnership business.

You may want to find a person that is involved in PrePaid Legal. I joined them as a customer only so I could get unlimited access to lawyer info for very little monthly. Don't worry...I'm not in PPL but would recommend you check it out.
