I do maintenance, inspections and repairs for asset management companies and a foreclose broker in South Florida. I see many good opportunities to buy, fix up, rent or sell these properties. I have great credit and many years experience . I'm looking for a backer/investor or possible partnership. Please serious replies only.

What is it you are looking for exactly? I understand there are many opportunities in real estate in South Florida or all of Florida. How much are you seeking? How many properties do you plan to rehab for rentals? Is it only rental property that you are seeking?
