Hi, well read all the things people had to ask from you. so considering
all the feedbacks and your actual intention for invesment, was
wondering would you be interested in overseas investment.
let me fill you in, we have been in the real estate sector developing land, apartments, commercial space and towers in Bangladesh,
South East Asia. We have been working for investing in a chain of
hotels in Bangladesh and planned to start of with the first
establishment at Cox's Bazaar. For your convenience you could search for the bold words over the web.
if you think you would go international, feel free to communicate.

The problem with trying getting a small business loan is whenever you apply for credit you lose 2 points off your credit rating, and when your rejected you lose more points and its recorded on your credit report, so its impossible to attain credit and your credit gets worse.

My credit score is around 610, (due to a late medical bill $90.00 which was paid, and 2 late car payments in 4 a half years and being at the limit of my personal credit card too often) not great, but as the economy worsens and clients keep paying late there will be no chance of getting business credit as my credit will disintergrate at the hands of late payers. (who probably have late payers themselves and thats why they are late) I find myself in a position where I have a lot of business, but have to work really hard to get payment.

Although, eventually everyone will have bad credit due to the worsening economy.
Just be aware that everytime you apply for a line of credit, you lose points.
If I am wrong please let me know.

I bought a building two years ago, and have had to do all of the renovations myself
with personal and business credit cards. I am running out of time and money I have
less than one month to move my flower shop, to its new location. I need to consolidate
and pull out the money to finish a parking lot. If you can help please reply. I have owned
this business for nine years.

I have been in business formy self for 11 years in the Handyman field.
I recently came across a niche that is becoming the way of the future.
That niche is solar power. Being in portable or fixed location.
Now my question is would you loan $5k to be paid in a balloon payment at the end of one year?
I realize that doesn't seem like enough to start anything but I already own the building and most of the equipment needed.
I just need capitol for materials and growth time before repayment.
Thanks
