Drowning in Debt...I need professional help

I'm looking for a professional firm who can help me work with my creditors. Here are some facts about my business: We owe about $350,000 and are having a hard time making the payments (about $3500 per month) on 2 different loans. We want to retain someone who can talk the bank into giving us a break on our payments for the next 6 to 12 months, and possibly renegotiating the rate or even the amount of the loan.

Can anyone help? I'm a few months away from bankruptcy...I don't want to lose my business.
