Green Builder & development co seeking funding loft peoject

My Plain is to build a mixed use Loft live work building. This unique all Green advantage structure will be three stories high and will have a soft unique industrial feel. This mixed use building will also be the Corporate Office for Divine Development Group LLC and will have 2 offices rental species and covered parking on the lower level. The upper two floors will have 10 duplex live work lofts.


The 10 lofts will feature contemporary luxurious interiors, concrete ceilings with stone walls exposed duct work. Floor to ceiling windows bam boo floors, European designer kitchens and baths, Designer lighting package smart system pre- wired for phone, cable and internet. Video intercom controlled success lobby entrance. Privet covered parking elevator and a roof top terrace.

I have also acquired a few properties in the hot Plaza Mid-wood arts district of Charlotte NC, and have the opportunity to obtain more, and even an entire City block for a mixed use building opportunity. I am in need of someone to help me with the funding of these opportunities or someone who can show me how to set up my business so that I may be able to apply for the funding based on my business plain.

I have some info on Plaza Mid-wood along with an appraisal of one of the homes. I got it for100.00 cash, the comps are now coming in at 400.000 to 565.000 after the rehab. Renovation cast is running about $65.00 a square foot. Homes are now retailing at 195.00 - 210.00 a square foot in the Plaza Mid-wood arts district. Netting profits of 165.000 - 250.00 in 4 to 8 months.
