Have you looked locally for a partner? Have you gotten out into your community and talked with people about possibly investing in your company? What about attending other food related networking events in your country - see if another restrurant wants to partner up since you have the contacts.

Just my thoughts

Yes we have a business plan - We registered the Company in August as a Ltd company,, and then we approched German Companies that would give us exclusitity on their products and we have them on board now,,,
We are looking for someone to put in between 50 and 100 thousand,, so that we can market the company,, get a warehouse, office and start making money,, we have also incoporated an event side to the compnay,,, selling and cooking the Bratwurst Sausages,, we are now well connected with Dublin City Council and are doing the St Patricks Day festival,, we also have a contact to do Oxygen Festival,,,, a three day event with approx 90,000 people attending,, again this is to help us kick start the company,,, call me on 00353-87-2108589 to discuss,,

thanks Bastain

Suzanne-- I'm investor relations for a biotech company with a large commercial/industrial line of enzyme based cleaning products (stock symbol EESO.PK) --you can read some of my PRs on the financial sites---- With your connections, I was wondering if I could have you consider speaking to our VP of Operations toward your connecting us with some of your wholesalers (not retail), commercial and industrial for a commssion or broker fee?

thank you!
