Virtual assitants is the way to go.I had one in the Philippines when I had a call centre.He sent my wife flowers for her birthday...sorry cards when we had a disagreement without me asking him to.They are very intelligent people and pick up on everything.Invest $400.00 a month in a virtual assistant,it is worth it.

I really recommend the Philippines for a call center.Although I have nothing against india or any othr country,but my experiences are perfect there.They speak perfect english as that is one of the primary languages.medim schools are all eglish and they are well educated people.

I am very interested in opening a call center in Indida and would Definitley would like some help in that area.
I would like to know how much money would be involved to start up a business and what is need to find customers.
I also have a visa and can travel at a min notice.

Hello Dave,

There are certain BPO businesses which can be operated by even a single person. Aggregating a lot of single persons you have a BPO unit. This would typically be in a business where data security is not critical.
Small businesses which would like replies to e-mails, letters, prepare their copy etc. would be examples.
Another example would be sales in which you provide online leads which are followed up by the single person sales caller. (There are people who do it getting jobs through elance guru.cm)

I have searched for a B2B portal which links small American busineses to small Indian businesses but there doesn't seem to be any.

We can screen prospective employees for this sort of a 'tiny' enterprise to find you reliable, educated and honest workers.
