I'd love to start an online store to sell womens clothing. I have some money saved up and Id like to know what the steps are. Like if there ar e any permits or like wholesale licences, how much money is need to get the site off the ground. I'd love to start it but im lost on where to begin and what all I will need.

Please help!

Who are you?? If I wanted to start an online store, I would do TWO things.

One: Develop a Business Plan

Two: Contact SCORE online. SCORE is FREE

You can create a website for your shop or create an account for selling in any auction website, like ebay, ebid...
