I would like to find out approximately how much it would cost me to have a part time bookkeeper/accountant for a new startup to do the following in California.

Set up chart of accounts
Raise invoices after collecting timesheets,reviewing contracts (about 4 a month)
Pay vendors and subcontractors (about 10 amonth)
Quarterly payroll tax filings and deposits
Half yearly financial statement preparation and review
Prepare 1099 at year end
Prepare federal and state partnership tax return
Personal tax return of partner
Annual registration with secrertary of state
Tax planning strategies

Luckiest, I work as an employee of a company that provides offshore services to CPA firms.. The company deals mostly only with the CPA firms and not with end clients themselves.

This is a question I had regarding a new start up business to be set up in CA.

I have over 9years tax and accounting experiance. I currently specialize in Tax Credits and Incentives. For example if you owe $50,000 in tax liability, l will search for tax credits and incentives which you qualify for. I will calculate the tax credits for you and send you the tax forms, you will file the Tax Credits with your tax returns. The Tax Credits will offset your tax liability and you will end up paying less taxes. They are billions in tax credits which are not claimed every year. I would like to help you.
