Cool idea. The internet videos are viral, and if it's a good video, that's a great idea. I would suggest you set some goals though first and then decide which marketing ideas best fit those goals. If you are looking for some creative marketing/pr/event ideas for your new choir consider us at www.ideallycreative.com. I have have coordinated and produced many community events, galas, fairs, and concerts. I am actually in the process now of coming up with the concept, marketing, and timetable for an annual concert for an organization in my city. Check us out. Let us know if we can help.

Interesting. I'm a music producer with music on NBC, FOX, MTV. Years ago I need a website for my music company, www.epicsoul.com and I made it myself. Through the years, I got better and better and have now turned that side hobby into another business ~ www.mjcreativesolutions.com . Although, I'm a big believer that a good website should be the foundation to any business today, MJCS is really focused on the content that fills a website and how it's utilized.

Recently, we just produced a promotional/inspirational video (and an accompanying music video) for a client in Portland. Besides producing the video, I also did the music - which made all the difference to a great final product. True, I do a lot here and have become a sort of one-stop shop for web-focused branding strategies. Since you need music, we can also make some great quality music tracks for your choir and GREAT MUSIC WILL MATTER. Best... mj

Exposure is exposure, no matter how you get it. I think the goal of most business people is to get your message out to the masses and a lot of the time the most out-of-the-box ideas work the best.
