How does one receive payment right away with only a shopping cart and no merchant account?
Ordinarily, in order to sell via ecommerce, three distinct elements are required: (1) shopping cart,
(2) secure gateway and (3) merchant account.

Just a word of caution to anyone who thinks they will recieve an entire e-commerce package for $88. There is a reason you don't see this offer more often. I could be wrong, but probably not on this one.

I guess you guys never heard anything called paypal credit card payment through shopping cart?

I have received multiple payment through my website this way. Just because you don't know how to do it doesn't mean somebody else could not do it.

Paypal is the best way to bypass merchant account, but you have to pay about 4% transaction fee to receive in your paypal account.

An e-commerce solution + a logo would cost close to $3,000 if I were to set it up. I think that paying $88 is either a scam or does not include the complete charges. I also know (from setting up several e-commerce sites) that paypal charges closer to 10% per transaction, not %4. I'm not saying it can't happen, I'm just cautioning that this price is below the going rate (about 3% of the going rate) and that is cause for concern and caution.

No offense, but you also raise the concern from me that you are just justifying $3000 charge for sth not worth that much.

For what it is worth, please check out the link of how much paypal really costs. It is clear to me that you don't know too much about e-commerce, especially integration with paypal.
