Advertising Office Cleaning

Hello, What would be the best way to advertise office cleaning. I have used fax blasts because they are not too expensive, but have found that not too successful. Also how would I go about asking existing clients for a referral letter? What would be the best way to word it? I would like to add these to my site for future clients to read.

Any ideas would be much appreciated

I am in Toronto, Canada

I started this business 3 years ago part time basis. I have 11 offices and 7 employees. My goal is to reach 40 offices by 2011. I am now full time.

Im not too sure what a business plan is exactly.
