If you have never built a web site before I would suggest puchasing a shared web hosting account. And then install and upload word press to your server (Free). I you have a little bit of time wordpress in very easy to manage. And you can update it daily. One really nice thing about word press becide it being free is that it has thousand of pluggin to customize and set up you site. If this sound like something you might be insterested in.
