One or more investors needed for Multifamily business. This is not a

real estate project but rather a service based company. We currently

have signed contracts in hand worth over $1,000,000.

Total capital needed is $450,000 of which $300,000 can be in the form of net worth (100% collateralize and not at risk). The balance can be staged over a twelve month period with $50,000 at initial funding. Its is anticipated that the at risk investment ($100,000) will be returned within 12 months at rate tbd. The non risk portion ($300,000) will carry a 15% ROI and will be replaced by company earnings over a 24 month period. At risk investment may be in the form of debt or equity and officer position is available.

With contracts in hand, have you thought about Purchase Order Financing or a Letters of Credit - might be able to do the same thing and no investor needed.

Just a thought
