I can get you a full time accountant on staff for only $1,456 a month. My accountants work from my office in Pune India and have studied U.S. accounting and business. If you're interested I can put you in touch with a few for an interview. If you like the idea please don't hesitate to get in contact with me.

Please keep a couple of things in mind.

A) Someone that studies accounting does not necessarily know everything about payroll taxes
B) Every states payroll tax reporting and withholding requirements are different
C) Payroll services make their money off of holding your money in escrow accounts and earning interest on it from the time they debit it from your account until they actually make the tax deposits.
D) Be wary of those who say they can do it the cheapest. You get what you pay for and having a payroll tax issue with the IRS or the MA Dept. of Rev. and you will understand what I mean

All of that being said having a good CPA is the best way to ensure things are handled properly. There is no substitute for this.

Hi--

If you are using Quickbooks or Intuit Payroll products, you can go to their ProAdvisor Community to find a local accountant or CPA that is certified to deliver services including set-up, taxes, payroll, expenses, etc. Here's the URL: http://quickbooks.intuit.com/product/training/local_expert.jsp

Payroll Mate is a very efficient payroll software. Payroll Mate costs $99.00 annually and most importantly updates throughout the year are FREE of charge, yes you read right, FREE!!! During times of economic recession having an affordable payroll software that does not have pricey upgrading fees is important. I highly recommend Payroll Mate, it is very simple, and easy to use. It also generates and prints W2s, W3s, 940s, 941s, and 944s. It's an all in one payroll solution.

You can download a free demo version of the software from the following link www.realtaxtools.com/payrollsoftware/Small-Business-Payroll-Software.html or visit there website at www.realtaxtools.com.
