Our roadside assistance business has been operating for 4 months. We currently have several motor clubs and several insurance carriers we provide service for. I would like to purchase a used wrecker to increase revenue. I would also need working capital for expenses on the wrecker . It takes 3-4 weeks to get paid for submitted invoices and I would need time to get set up towing for these companies. For that reason I would need approximately 2-3 months to start repayment. The total amount needed would be $30.000 or less depending on the wrecker purchased.

Couple of ideas:

There are several companies that provide just equipment loans. But, you might want to think about leasing the equipment - just like owning it with all the benefits and you usually can purchase it at the end of the contract for a nominal amount like $1.00.

For working capital: Might want to factor your invoices. Thus, you get cash now to use to grow and build your business - even purchase the equipment you need. The factoring company will collect the receivable and remit all funds to you less their fee. Called accounts receivable factoring.

If you credit is good to excellent - we have several sources (including sources for equipment loans & leases and A/R factoring) that may get you the money your need. No cost to you from us - just a searchable database for you to find lenders that meet your needs and want to work for with you.
