Business start up loans

I have a client that I am consulting on starting her own business. I want to advsie her of the best resource for "start up loans". There are so many options on the internet, just wondering if anyone has reliable resources that have proven they dont just want your informaiton and string you along for 30-45 days only to advise they cant do anything with a new business. Please advise !

I would recommend that your client establish a strong business credit score so that she can get some financing without having to use a personal guarantee.
