I am starting an LLC and have a question about artwork. We are selling a software that allows bakers to use pre-designed graffiti backgrounds and and a name for a personalized cake top. As for the Logo and Artwork I have created for the software, do I copyright to myself or to the LLC?

If you created the logo/artwork as "work for hire" and you were paid by the LLC for the work (i.e., as an employee or independent contractor), then the LLC owns the copyright. If you created the logo/artwork as an individual, then you own the copyright -- but you can sell or transfer it to the LLC (and register the LLC as the copyright owner) if you choose.

Logos and ArtWork Copyright, Welcome

Everybody in business should have both a Lawyer and an Accountant.

Maybe you need a Lawyer who does copyright work.
