in Mobile, Alabama.

I have an 800 beacon score, 25% down payment, almost 2 yrs of living expenses in the bank. However, I'm still getting declined by all of the banks here. Any suggestions? I could be open in 5 weeks.

What franchise are you going with? Emack and Bolio's is a pretty cool ice cream franchise, because I don't beleive there are any franchise fee's. All you have to do is order the ice cream from him.

Hi mobileblazer and welcome to the Community!

An ice cream franchise is a great opportunity. I don't know any one that doesnt love ice cream....even people who are lactose intolerant seem to love it just the same.
