How do you get financing for a small business

That only had a net income last year of $4000 (1st year massage therapy). My current location is hurting my business and I need financing to move to a different location. Is anyone going to give me financing of any sort?

Your choices are personal credit or business credit. Obviously if you have good credit you can get a credit card or go to the bank with some collateral. If that is not an option, consider building business credit. This will allow you to build up a strong corporate image and you may be able to move and expand your business.

Try searching for "strong business credit" via google or yahoo, be prepared to spend up to $1200 if you go this route.

I should have strong business credit if I have two credit cards and both are paid off and always have been on time right?

If your business accepts credit cards, you probably qualify for an advance on your credit card receivables.
Not as cost effective as most bank loans, but those have all but become unavailable these days. And certainaly a lot more cost effective than a cash advance on a credit card. If interested, drop me a line and we'll discuss. Good luck.

Hi, I too am looking for financing for my retail bridal store and do not want to use my personal credit to run the business(only unless I have too). I went to the website IUG but I don't understand how they actually work. Is anyone familiar with them and there process?

I am looking for financing seriously and this site costs $75.00 dollars. I don't want to spend money and get no return. Due to the economy scams has taken a all time high.

I just want to be able to finance my business and take care of my family all while doing something I love.

So any advice on IUG would be nice. It almost sounds too good to be true and you know what they say when you think that.

hi,here are many organization that provides finance for small business at low interest so first of all you saw that
your business accepts credit cards, you probably qualify for an advance on your credit card receivables.

$75 for what? NEVER pay up front for financial services. That's got scam written all over it.
